ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary:

Execute an annual new business development plan for targeted region through a disciplined approach to territory management, new prospect development, maintaining and ongoing multi-facet sales and marketing initiative and coordinating a sales funnel process.

Promote and sell GBS Products and Services through all facets of marketing, including: cold call canvassing, telemarketing, customer referrals, promotions, mass mailings, sales letters, seminars, trade shows and workshops.

Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of the products and services, industry trends and standards and GBS capabilities relative to products and services you are selling.

Utilize Healthcare CRM as primary workflow, customized marketing and relationship management and reporting tool.

Develop familiarity and initial discovery expertise for all related and cross divisional products and services of GBS.

Provide relationship management and ongoing analysis of service satisfaction and opportunities for existing clients located in the region and maintain the ongoing satisfaction of your customers and any existing GBS customers through: customer visits, telephone follow-up, satisfaction surveys, etc.

 

Additional Requirements:

Utilize mobile device and computer for research, outreach and documenting prospecting efforts and maintaining territory, client and prospect data. Utilize  software programs and company templates for proposals, presentations and personal productivity  on your computer and mobile device.

Proper administration, submission and/or input of sales orders

Timely completion of all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and Reports related to the Sales and CRM process requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned and/or assume additional responsibilities as required
