GBS/Sharetec also provides hardware support to customers that fall within our hardware service area. This provides a single-source solution to our customers, which eliminates the finger pointing that can occur when you have separate companies supporting your hardware or software. Statement Printing/Mailing/E-Statement Services
GBS/Sharetec has been providing statement printing and mailing services to credit unions since 1995. This service has been growing consistently over the years. An E-statement service was added in 2003. We provide fast, professional statement processing to over 50 credit unions.
GBS/Sharetec Microfiche/CD-ROM Services
GBS/Sharetec has been providing microfiche and CD-ROM services to credit unions since 1995. This service, as well, has been growing consistently over the years.
GBS/Sharetec Tax Reporting Service
GBS/Sharetec has been providing tax-reporting services to credit unions since 1994. Our tax reporting services include form printing and mailing, electronic reporting to the IRS, and a copy of microfiche for the credit union. GBS/Sharetec provides this service to over 120 credit unions.

Financial Institution Data Match
Although the Sharetec software does support financial institution data match directly, many of our customers do not want to be burdened with creating and sending files to the state. By using this service, GBS handles the entire process for the credit union. Many states will even reimburse the credit union for the expense of the service.
GBS/Sharetec Period End Processing
This is one of our newer services whereby GBS accesses our customer's system and runs the entire period end processing for the credit union. The credit union staff no longer has to stay late to run the processes. They simply come in the next morning and verify the reports that are available on their printers.
