GBS Acquires HealthCare Solutions, Inc.
August 15, 2008The Computer Division of GBS recently announced the acquisition of HealthCare Solutions, Inc. (HCSI), of Cedar Falls, Iowa. The acquisition of HCSI will extend our presence into the Central Region where we have seen an increased level of interest for products/services we offer. HCSI is our second acquisition in just 18 months. Acquisitions are a vehicle to accelerate growth, help us gain experienced team members, minimize the effects of attrition, and create future sales and employment opportunities.
