Document Imaging Services should be Security Focused

Making the decision to invest in a document imaging service is important and beneficial for your business, but before you trust a document imaging company with your paper files, you should be sure they understand the importance and confidentiality of those documents.

GBS assures you that your documents are safe, secure and protected:

• Secure Scanning Facility. GBS has a 6,000 sq. ft. conversion bureau that is continually monitored by security cameras. All cameras are recording 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Restricted Access to Documents. Documents are only accessed on a need-to-scan basis and all access is closely monitored by security cameras.
• Certificates of Destruction if content is to be destroyed. GBS only uses companies that are certified and provides certificates of destruction to all clients.
• Secure Storage of Paper Documents After Scanning. Until you decide whether to have the paper copies returned to you or destroyed, GBS will store your files in our secure, monitored facility.
• Electromagnetic Locking Device. Each conversion center entry point, as well as the GBS server room, is secured with an electromagnetic locking device restricting access to unauthorized personnel via an electronic key card security system.
