The GBS Conversion Center is a 35-workstation document imaging facility that provides the customer with state-of-the-art technologies that enable their documents to be processed to digital format efficiently and securely.  Our facility is designed specifically to handle the functions of document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality assurance.  The GBS Conversion Center uses high-speed scanners from industry leaders such as Kodak and Canon that can scan documents at more than 75 pages per minute.

As in other areas, GBS utilizes state-of-the-art capture software.  In our scanning operations, we utilize Kofax Capture, one of the industry leaders in capture software.  With the use of Kofax Capture, GBS can accelerate business processes by collecting documents and forms, transforming them into accurate, retrievable information, and delivering it all into your business applications and databases.  Whether your information is on paper or in electronic files, whether it is parked at a central office or scattered on desktops and remote offices throughout the world, GBS can help you capture it all quickly and accurately.
