E-Forms

GBS’ E-Forms Solution merges data from the Content Management database or external data sources into forms being created. Also, it integrates forms created in other applications by passing them through our Content Management Solution and applying ID barcodes so they can be scanned back into the system when printed.

Functions:

  • Reduces the expense and difficulty of distributing, managing and filing paper forms
  • Creates and stores a library of on-demand forms
  • Automates form creation, distribution and filing
  • Creates form templates that can be configured as Word, HTML or XML documents
  • Routes created forms down a workflow for completion or printing
  • Includes a barcode to track and scan into the system forms that are printed and completed
